Yes, you can change your magicJack Wireless plan at the end of the current plan period.  We recommend making the selection and enabling autopay so that when your current plan ends, there is no service interruption and you'll be all set with your new plan!

To change your plan:

  1. Login to your account at
  2. Select My Plan
  3. Select Change Plan
  4. Select the plan you wish to change to on the next bill date
  5. Review the Terms of Service
  6. Agree to the Terms of Service
  7. Submit the change by selecting the Change Plan button
